What you send us

If you send a brief, a referral or an email, we get what you write, plus your name, email and company. Forms are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms; email runs on Google Workspace. We use it to reply and, if we work together, to run the project.

Bookings

Calls are booked through Cal.com, which stores your name, email and your answers to the booking questions.

Analytics

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics and PostHog (EU servers). Neither sets cookies or stores anything on your device. We see which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked, not who you are.

Payments

Payments for monthly plans are handled by Revolut on their own checkout page.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects: up to 2 years after we last spoke. Client records: as long as the law requires for tax and accounts.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Email [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

We don't sell your data.
